Our Story Rob Montgomery founded Montgomery Associates: Resource Solutions, LLC in 1998 to specialize in water resources engineering and management. Through a multi-disciplinary staff combined with a think-tank atmosphere, MARS provides a flexible, diverse, and experienced approach to difficult water resources problems, especially those that require "connecting the dots" between different technical areas and regulatory programs. Our services areas include stormwater management, erosion and restoration, rivers and streams, lakes and wetlands, and groundwater. Many of our projects involve public participation, and we are experienced in communicating complex information and working with a wide variety of people in high profile and emotional situations to develop mutually agreeable solutions. We're engineers you can understand. We work locally, including recent water quality analysis to support efforts to clean up the Yahara Lakes, and globally, including volunteer work in Rwanda for Engineers Without Borders.
